MiniMax-H3-Max API - RouterBase

Overview

MiniMax-H3-Max is the long-form tier of the MiniMax H3 video line on RouterBase, served via MiniMax’s official API. It generates clips of 5 to 15 seconds with synchronized audio at 480P or 768P, billed per second of output — the trade against MiniMax-H3 is longer clips and a cheaper 480P tier instead of 2K output.

Unlike MiniMax-H3, H3-Max does not support reference-to-video — use minimax/minimax-h3-r2v when you need a subject reference preserved across the clip.

Endpoint

POST https://routerbase.com/v1/videos/generations

This is an async endpoint. The POST returns immediately with {id, status: "pending"}; poll GET /v1/videos/generations/{id} until status is success (with data: [{url}]) or failed.

Pricing

Billed per second of output — 768P and 480P carry different per-second rates, so the price scales with both duration and resolution. See the pricing page for current per-clip costs.
